TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAROLERIE – Cabinet d’expériences linguistiques
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the terms under which Parolerie SARL provides in-person French language courses, either private or group-based, to individual and corporate clients.
2. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to any enrolment in a course offered by Parolerie, made through direct contact (email, phone or in-person communication).
Any enrolment and any payment imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services provided
Parolerie exclusively offers in-person French language courses, including:
- private lessons;
- group classes.
Courses take place in Paris or at any other location agreed upon by both parties.
4. Enrolment terms
Enrolment is completed through direct contact with Parolerie.
No written contract is issued.
Enrolment becomes definitive upon receipt of full or partial payment, as agreed between the parties.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices are communicated to the client prior to enrolment.
Payment may be made by:
- bank transfer,
- credit or debit card,
- cash.
Unless otherwise agreed, courses must be paid in advance.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the end of the statutory withdrawal period or whose performance has begun with the client’s prior consent.
Any lesson that has started is due in full.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation by the client:
Any lesson cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is due and cannot be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of force majeure.
Cancellation by Parolerie:
In the event of exceptional circumstances, Parolerie undertakes to offer a rescheduling of the lesson or, failing that, a refund.
8. Liability
Parolerie undertakes to provide its services with due care and professionalism.
No obligation of results may be claimed, as language learning depends on many factors specific to the client.
9. Intellectual property
All teaching materials, documents, content and methods used during the courses remain the exclusive property of Parolerie.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal data
Personal data collected are used solely for the management of enrolments and courses.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), clients have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting: allo@parolerie.paris.
11. Consumer dispute mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of consumer disputes, and after having submitted a prior written complaint, the client may resort free of charge to a consumer mediation procedure with the following body:

12. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
